1. Can I use Reelmix offline?

Yes! Reelmix supports Offline Mode with a 3-day grace period. Once your license is verified online, you can continue rendering videos during travel or without an internet connection.

2. Rendering is slow or CPU temperature is high

  • Ensure a hardware-accelerated Encoder is selected in the top bar dropdown (videotoolbox on Mac or nvenc on NVIDIA).

  • If using Whisper AI subtitles, try selecting base or tiny models for faster transcription.

3. How do I activate my license or manage devices?

  1. Click "Remove watermark" in the top bar or open the license window.

  2. Enter your license key.

  3. To manage active devices or subscriptions, visit your billing dashboard at https://reelmix.estoyprogramando.co/dashboard/billing.
